need a membership cap. they will not let you cancel and continue to charge for services they don't even offer. the place is trash idk why it called paducah athletic club when its not even in paducah.
The owner is a TERRIBLE businessman. I posted my review from google in the picture tagged. Shame on that man for how he treats people. All I wanted to do was cancel my membership after being lied to about what they offer and not being able to workout ever since there’s always other things scheduled in the areas I need to workout in and he wanted me to return they key fobs and keychain cards I paid for without refunding my money for them and so then he refused to cancel my membership and waved me off shaking his head. I joined the gym January 2020 before the pandemic hit. Then they closed down the gym and refused to refund me. I asked to cancel membership and was told no. Now here we are a year later my membership expired in January and they are still trying to charge me. I had to lock my card due to the continued charges for a service I do not use and am no longer in contract with. They still attempt to charge me every single day for both the monthly contract and cancellation. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
They keep taking payments well after the 30 day cancellation notice. Robbery.
great claases!! it has been so much fun joining the bodypump 4 am class and building great friendships that I will cherish for years to come. we are a great support group for one another
