Leaseholders at our development conducted a 4 month objective, comprehensive, selection process of 12 managing agents to find the right company for us. PAD by far outshone the others and were reappointed. I was a director at the Cottonworks for a number of years and PAD were the third management company I dealt with. I can honestly say they were the best of the three by a wide margin. They genuinely care about their clients, work quickly and efficiently to sort out any problems and were always available to answer any issues. I would recommend them as managing agents.
