Paco's Taco's Unbelievable Mexican Food – I was turned on to this restaurant by my new brother. The restaurant decor itself is old school mexican however, once you try their flour or corn tortillas made fresh right in front of everyone in the resturant, you wont believe your taste buds. The carne asada is out of this world!!

Just Great! – My wife and I found this joint right after we moved here and have been indulging ever since. This is really good, dow-and-dirty style Mexican food. The margaritas are great. No sweet and sour mix here! The enchiladas and tacos are = great. Service is friendly and quick. The decor is not much, but with the food & margaritas you will never notice!

The Best Mexican Food on the Westside – I've been going to Paco's since I was a little girl in the 70's and it was just a little take out place. I still love it now and have been going regularly for all these years. The food is consistently great! Try the carnitas plate or the albondigas soup, my two favorites. The melon margaritas are delicious if you're looking to have a strong drink. The homemade tortillas are beyond delicious. My only complaint is that even though I've been going with my family for years, the host is rea... read more

Good food – I think this is a good restaurant, but not good enough to be nominated for best of. I like Los Tacos in West Hollywood better. We were seated within a reasonable amount of time. I can't believe how fast the food arrives at your table! I had the carne asada steak and enchilada plate. The steak was very tender and great inside their homemade flour tortillas. Then only drawback is that the waiter didn't check on our drinks during our meals. My husband would have ordered another drink had they checked on us. Otherwis... read more

heavenly – all i have to say is that you have to... I mean HAVE TO! Order the "Calamar Steak Alcapulco". its heaven on a plate and the best thing on the menu. a flat tender steak of calamari battered and covered with a mushroom vegetable garlic sauce... woah nelly you could just die happy cause its so so good! the hot, fresh flour tortillas are great with the appetizer "queso fundido" which is melted cheese with a bit of chorizo on top, the blended margaritas are served up in carafes that are good for 4 people, i'd suggest t... read more

Good, but not worth the wait! – In my opinion, this is run of the mill Mexican food...not as good as some of the reviewers state, but not bad. But if you have to wait for more than five minutes for a table, it is absolutely not worth it. The service is with indifference. They appear to be very smug at the restaurant's success over many years, and this is reflected in the service. The parking is atrocious, another reason it is not worth it.

Yum! – The food is very good here. The ambience is excellent too, although hard to describe. You'll have to go there yourself and experience it. The only complaint I have, other than parking, is that service is mixed. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's despicable. Once, my waitress only came by to take the order and I never saw her again. I had to call on others for things that I needed. Needless to say, I did not leave her a tip (something I rarely ever do). Although it is a romantic place, it was my girlfriend's first ti... read more

Eat here every chance – I took my wife here on our first date over 20 years ago. It was great then, it's great now! The food is superb and the waiters are friendly. Their litre of marguerita's is great, too, and won't break the bank. The atmosphere is Mexican funk-clutter, but who cares when the food is this good. I now live in the SF Valley, but sometimes, on a Saturday, will zip over the hill for a great meal.
