This casual Mexican features a vast expanse of tables in a lively interior festooned with crepe-paper streamers and fiesta decorations. Large fish tanks add even more color to the mix. Lunch hours are busy, but evenings find Paco's positively packed with a wide range of diners, from loners to family groups. In addition to burritos and customary combo plates, there's a bevy of meat and seafood selections and fresh tortillas prepared before your very eyes.

WONDERFUL WESTSIDE MEXICAN FOOD – We were huge fans of Paco's when they were located on Lincoln Boulevard on the Marina/Playa border and were heartbroken when it burned down. Have visited both the Centinela and Manchester boulevard locations often since then, and the food is as consistently as good as we remember. The salsa on the tables is HOT, but it goes great with their still-warm corn chips. Fresh flour tortillas for dunking in the enchillada sauce with my favorite combo plate (#13), makes us venture to Paco's both week... read more
Authentic Mexican done right! – They know how to do it right here at Pacos! Everything is great , including the friendly but busy service. Expect a wait most days as the place is small and popular. You will be happy you triend Pacos and possibly the best Mexican food you have ever had North of the border. Margaritas are a nice touch as well.
Greatest Margarita Ever! – I consider myself quite the connoisseur of margaritas and I can state with authority that the Paco's Tacos cadillac margarita is the greatest margarita in LA... perhaps the world. Their tortillas are also indescribably amazing - order the queso fundido to get your share. I wish they had a bar so I could stop in just for the margaritas and not feel guilty about holding a table. Indeed, if they had either a bar or a patio, I would never leave. Be warned that on weekends you can end up waiting over an... read more
best authentic mexican food – I love the calamari steak. Fabulous atmosphere. I love authentic mexican and this is the best. They have the best queso and an amazing setting. The service is amazying and so are the tortillas
Better then Manchester! – There are a few Paco's locations but the Centinela one is the best. I haven't been to the Paco's on Manchester but that is because a great deal of close friends of mine that have been to the Paco's on Manchester said that the food was nasty and not even close to the taste as the one on Centinela. I like to start off my dinner with the Queso Fundido which is a cheese fondue with fresh warm flour tortillas that are prepared infront of you. This appetizer is perfect for the cheese lover. My favorite di... read more
HANDS DOWN THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN LA, IF NOT THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES! I eat there all the time. Favorites include: the chips and salsa, camerones mojo de ajo, pacos burrito, chile relleno, flour totillas, guacomole, and enchiladas.
Wrong Paco's! – This place shares the name and logo of another Paco's in Westchester. Hard to believe it could be owned by the same people, because the Westchester location is far superior! Bigger portions, tastier food. Stay away from Centinela; head to Manchester Ave in Westchester for far better food.
One of my favorite places. – I love this place. Great food. Amazing tamles and tacos. Very casual and very inexpensive. I always get a small guacamole before our meal becuase it is soooo good.
Would you like some tacos with your grease? – I'll start with the good things. The margaritas are good. The decor is colorful. The homemade tortillas are tastier than the factory-made ones. I had the enchilada and chile relleno combination which were good but not extraordinary. It is unfortunate that Paco's does not use authentic Mexican cheese to stuff the peppers, instead using Monterey Jack. A problem that I had with the food is that the rice was soggy and lacked any flavor. My friend had the two taco combination. The tac... read more
