Love the staff there! They always take such good care of Grace.
We were seen as an urgent situation when our boy suddenly couldn't get up on his own without crying in pain. I called and was told to come in immediately. The staff was amazing and efficient. Found the problem and discussed options. My Bernese Mountain Dog, Andre, was scheduled for a total hip replacement and I went to visit him today, the day after his surgery. What a joke. Had my cat nurtured. Was thrilled with the staff and his recovery. Told him to bring him back in 4 weeks for a surgery Check. I was told this was included in the surgery. Makes sense to me. So dad forward 4 weeks. I take him in. I leave. I am chased down in the parking lot by the receptionist Natalie. "For not paying my bill. ". I go into explain why I don't have one. My dog Kasia had an appointment last week because I found a mass in her "legpit". They were able to get me in the same day and she was scheduled for surgery the next week. The doctor I saw was wonderful with Kasia as well as me! My pets are my kids so I worry a lot! I am very grateful!
Can't say enough good things about this group of people. If the doctor you're seeing is at a loss, they'll brainstorm with the other doctors and get it figured out. We have so much confidence in these people. Just love ❤️ them all!
