I love these guys. I have a chihuahua that is fearful but these guys go the extra mile to make sure Mom and fur baby are well taken care of.

Im offended that we paid huge money to have our pup fixed and then with the after care she got kennel cough. NOW my 4 other dogs have it also.. dont you think that you should alert clients to that fact!!?? You will NEVER see another one of my pups.

Charging $119 to have an animal euthanized is ridiculous and declining to do it because the vet didn't feel comfortable with the type of animal. I went to animal house which was $17 and the staff was much more sympathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone here and from now on will take my business elsewhere.

We are so sorry to hear that Spaz wasn't doing better for you. The veterinarian that was working Saturday would surely have euthanized him (we are very sorry if that wasn't conveyed to you), but he would not have been comfortable rechecking and treating Spaz. As Dr. Geaudry discussed Friday, Guinea Pigs require an entirely different knowledge base and training and many veterinarians would not feel comfortable treating an animal, particularly one as sick as Spaz, without the specialty training required to do it properly. The staff is kind and loving. Dr. Broeckman is patient with all my questions and very helpful. He put me at ease with my new puppy.
