Been going to Animal House vet for years and Petco grooming every month with no issues. One visit at Packland and my dog got Kennel Cough. Thanks for that.
Incompetent. Can't get anything straight. Dog goes in for heartworm test and physical end of November, December they say he is due for physical. We were just there a week ago. Now in march call for heartguard, go in to pick it up 2 hours later. Not ready and get told he can't get heartguard without a physical. Walked out with records for both of our pets. Done!! I'm so thankful for the staff here!! Called tonight because I noticed my cat was peeing blood. I asked if I could bring her in right away and they said yes. She was being seen by the doctor less than a half hour later. Every staff member you encounter here is friendly and helpful. I was relieved and comforted by the doctor taking the extra time to explain all the options and possibilities. I've never had a bad experience here!! This is the only place I'll take my cats.
