A great group of people who genuinely care about you and your fur baby �
Brought our sweet, loving lab in for an urgent care visit this morning as he was having some major eye issues. They took wonderful care of our baby. They were booked solid today and made time for us. We are so grateful for the time that they took checking his eye to ensure they had an accurate diagnosis so he could be treated properly. In addition to the care and compassion the cost of our visit was extremely affordable, way better than we had anticipated. The vet charged me $60 to tell me they werent able to help unless I paid that day. i walked out, cleaned up my mess and now i have a debt collector telling me i need to pay. Not happpening!!! Had they serviced me in any way... i would have paid that bill. No matter how bs I thought it was... My dog was cut on the leg and only needed minor bandages.. They must be crazy if they think im gonna pay $60 to get turned away! FU packerland vet! And everything you act like you're about !!!

The staff is always so kind and courteous. We had an appointment for 9:50am but on my way there the Mason Street bridge opened. I called them to let them know we'd be a little late. They completely understood and was able to swap the appointment after me because they arrived very early. They were so gracious that I called and told me it actually worked out better for them. We had the best experience with dr Dunbar and his asst Chris ty both so much for the care and compassion you gave us and our sweet dusty he even loved you because he didn't go with anyone we really miss him but he is no longer in pain .... thank you so much �

My pet was a special need's dog and after he was done with his bath i was told not to bring him back because they said he was to hard to give a bath to, he couldn't move hardly around for 4 day'd afterward's I have"NEVER" heard a veterinary's facilitary tell you not to ever bring your dog back , i could just imagine what they did to him to make him that sore for those day's !!
