The first time here my chinchilla had a broke arm from being at a pet store. The staff and Dr. Geaudry were so nice. Gatsby healed. I had to put down my dog a few weeks back. The staff was so kind and very accommodating. Gizmo got some hugs. I love the paw print heart. Thank you
