Yesterday evening we rushed our fur baby Lacey there with a medical emergency, they rushed her back immediately and took us to a room to wait, the receptionist was so kind and caring. Unfortunately she passed away, but they helped us through the process of cremation and making sure our other daughter was able to see her for one last time this morning. Just over a week ago we had to have our dog Teal put down after 15+ years. I would like to thank the staff that helped us though this very tough time in our lives. They could not have been more caring and professional through the whole process. Yesterday we received a small care package in the mail with a few items to help us through the grieving process and keep Teal in our memory’s along with a nice card. Thank You
I seriously love this place! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and caring. They also go above and beyond for pets. I have two cats and they offer blankets with a scent on them to help calm them prior to going back in the vet room.
