The helpfulness of the customer service representatives. I had a hot tub problem, that I thought I could fix on my own, but once fixed, I still had a problem. I then called them for professional advice. Over the phone, they were able to pin point my true problem. I got the part and everything is running without error messages.
Interesting there are so few reviews. I've been a customer for 15 years and the shortage of reviews led me to add my voice. We purchased a low-end tub years ago and have been pleased with Pacific Spa's service. We replaced the cover several years ago and were likewise satisfied. There have been a number of service calls on the spa and they have usually been friendly and efficient. Our spa is nearing the end of its design life and I will definitely include Pacific Spas on my short list to shop at.
I bought a Hotsprings spa here over 5 years ago and I've had nothing but good experiences. They did a first class delivery and install including the 220v line. They have always responded promptly to my service needs. I would buy from them again.
