These guy's are amazing to say the least! Our family loves our new spa that we got from Pacific Spa & Saunas, easy installation and very knowledgeable employee's. They helped with every question I had, and I definitely recommend these spa's to others!

Prompt service – I have gone to their store with stupid questions like "How do I put the headrest back on?" to harder ones about slime on the side of the unit, but I have always been treated with a ton of respect on a prompt fashion.
