The Best – I am so happy with my decision to purchase my spa at Pacific. This is a mom and pop company, and they walked me through ever step of the installation. I made my decision to buy my spa from Robin (the owner) after hearing her on the phone with a customer, who needed a repair. She not only knew them by name, she was adamant that she would send someone out THAT DAY to fix their spa. My experience has been very good, and I recommend this company to anyone looking.

Excellent – I have been shopping for a hot tub and finally found this place. I am glad that I did. I met the owner Robin and she knows her stuff. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows. A great sense of humor! Their products are many and she had the patience to show me about 6-8 spas before I chose one. The service is really good.
Always been treated well – I bought my spa at Pacific, and so far I am very happy with it. It was delivered on schedule, and installed in a professional manner. When I go into the store for supplies, I have always been treated well.
