The people are so friendly and super helpful. I bought my hot tub here (Sundance Certa), and both the shopping and installation experience were very pleasant. A husband and wife team owns the company. They seem to have a small staff that helps them. During the installation, Ruben the husband was present, and helped me pick a good spot for the tub. Our spa was competitively priced, and we got wonderful and prompt service both in the installation and follow-up questions. These people know their spas, are polite and helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints.

This is a commendation for the great work your employees did, the sales person, the delivery gentlemen, the electrician, which you recommended.
