Flawless service and products. I had a tough install at my home they had to lower the spa into my elevated deck. Rubin and his team showed up on time evaluated the situation never complained and got the spa dropped in on the first try. Even with the difficulty of the install they never asked for any additional funds. It was a used recertified spa that I bought from Robin. I called someone to see what was wrong they said I needed a pump that would cost $645. Then I called Greg at Pacific Spas and he sent someone over the next day who said the spa was working perfectly. WE NEVER NEEDED A PUMP. Did a quick fix and it was working perfectly. Honest people.

I called Pacific Spa because my hot tub wasn't heating up after refilling it. Greg was really helpful and walked me through a few things to try before involving a service call. I think that was really cool of him.

I dollars were the only measure, you probably should not buy a spa in the first place. We bought and could not be happier. Straight up and honest. The site work was better than I expected, on budget and on time

I was referred to Pacific Spa from my brother, who bought their jacuzzi here, making me jealous and wanting to get my own. So I went and visited Rueben and he took great care of me, listened to my wants, and hooked me up with an energy conserving model that I'm sure will bring my family fun times.
