I have vision in my right eye today because of Doctor Pham, his diligence in controlling and reducing the pressure in my eye over past 5 years has allowed me to maintain a healthy and happy normal life. He and his staff don't ever make it feel like your having a Doctors appointment but truly take an interest in your well being. Being that he has twice had to do surgery on my eye, needless to say I have the utmost trust in his capability,
Wait times are unacceptable. . Even with an appointment you end up waiting no less than 15 mins past the appointment time. We waited over 1 hour past our time on our last appointment. I will be looking for another specialist for my family

We do our best to see every patient on time, but between walk-in emergency visits and patients with complex,chronic health issues, we do occasionally run behind. We will continue to do everything we can to provide prompt, courteous service to all our patients.
Excellent results from cataract surgery I now can see true colors and read without glasses .
Unfortunately I go here because it's convenient. Not great customer service and never have they been on-time, though I always am. There is a "charge" for everything! Really? I pay enough for an appointment and my contacts, do I really need to pay extra for a pupil measurement? Really? Ridiculous, time to stop going for convenience and find someplace with better customer service!
