My husband had great care from the staff from beginning to the time we walked out the door. He is very happy with the results and if you are in need of cataract surgery this is the place to go. Dr Chiu took good care of his eyes.
The best that there is for eye treatments, and I have no hesitation in recommending it. 💥
Friendly enough receptionists. Large busy practice. Good efficient nurses, assistants. We had a very good Dr. If we lived over there again I would go to them.

I am beyond frustration!! Even though this is the best eye doctor and staff it just does not matter when the phone service is from Mars!! After waiting on hold for 16 minutes I was transferred to an answering machine that told me my call would be returned tomorrow. All I needed to know was if I would need a driver for my appointment today!! Tomorrow is no good, and if you make me wait on hold for that long, let me talk to a real person!!
