Just went for my first visit and eye exam, what a caring place. I must admit I was a little nervous at first but soon over came my fears and am going ahead with the eye surgery. Thanks to the staff the Doctor I feel more confident.
I was referred to PNWE by my regular ophthalmologist to have cataract surgery. I was apprehensive and hesitant, I have never worn contacts because I can't stand the thought of putting anything in my eyes. My fears were alleviated at my first appointment. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Patel was very kind and explained the procedure thoroughly. Surgery was very successful. It is the best eye care you can have. They are very caring and do an outstanding job in you eye care. Great care and take many types of insurance. Dr. Pham is a excellent doctor there. He has done two surgeries to help my eyes! I strongly recommend him as the best there is!😀
The first impression given at the front desk is pleasant, friendly and helpful. Great staff. That is what we found throughout the rest of the clinic. Dr. Chiu did cataract surgery on both my eyes since April and I am beyond satisfied and happy with the results. I have found they occasionally are past appointment time but not enough to be unhappy about because we never felt rushed even when I had lots of questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic or Dr. Chiu.
