We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner here as first time visitors to Pacific Dining Car. After getting over the initial sticker shock, we had lobster bisque, a wedge salad, filet mignons and potatoes gratin. All perfect! Probably the best steak I’ve ever had! Attentive service and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It’s great, but really pricey...
We celebrated our first Thanksgiving here as husband and wife so we were excited to experience this historic landmark. We made reservations for 7pm but we arrived 10 min earlier so the hostess told us to wait at the bar until our table was ready. I figured they were getting the table ready because in the room where the bar was there were three booths and a roundtop empty that needed to be bussed, but they weren't for us because we were seated by 7:25pm in a different section.
