I had a great experience at Audi Pacific. I felt like I was an important customer even though I was not spending the big bucks like others do. I worked with both Michael Moye and Collin Kleinman. Just bought my Audi A4, took it to Oscar at Audi pacific and He was great. Answered all my questions with ease, smiling through the whole process. Above it all you can feel quality service there. Few days later I took my Audi to Downey audi McKenna and turned right back out. Never making that mistake again. Even tho that dealership is closer to my home -3 mins away- I'd take the drive to South Bay to see Oscar and have him help me. Satisfied completely and made a friend, thanks guys. See you guys soon.

Great dealership with sales and service. I have 2 Audis and been going here for past 2 years. I've recently worked with Francisco Valenzuela for the 1st service of my CPO S6. I went for the first time to get service on my Audi and Mr. Michael Harris helped me out. He was very profesional in all aspects and show that he cared for me. Made everything so easy and a really good experience. Thanks Michael keep it up. Regarding the service, they were very helpful my car had to stay and immediately they gave me a loaner. As soon as my car was done I received a call from Michael Harris to advise me my car was ready. Once I arrived to pick up my car I was out in five minutes. Very fast and good service
