There serves is the WORST, they wanted me to give them $9,000 deposit on some warranty work. The service tech. seemed confused as she was a messenger from upper management. The extended warranty called Audi pure care, is a 3rd party and they will deny claim. That’s why they want $9000 to cover the charges. 9,000 for a head gasket!!!???
This is for the service center. At all costs avoid this department. It is a disaster and certainly is because of their lame duck manager Ron who is a waste of space.

The crew at Audi Pacific is second to none in terms of service and knowledge. There’s no high pressure sales tactics, only friendly and supportive efforts to make sure you leave with the perfect car at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Don’t ever buy a used car from them. Techs do not fully look over vehicle. Stuck with a 28k bill a month after I bought the vehicle.
The overall experience was amazing. Saw a great deal online. Took my sister who has been shopping around for a new car.i told her "you don't have to buy looking is free." Knowledgeable and honest people and a great product. Hoping not to spend too much time in the service area but I will update when I do.
Customer service is 2nd to none. In both sales, Daryl, Lina and Oscar, as well as the rest of the service team. I can't say enough good things about this place. If I was in the market for an Audi, I would visit Audi Pacific, first.
