Sales people have no knowledge about the car they're selling but lies to sell them. General sales manager is very very rude. If you need to buy or lease an Audi, go somewhere else.
Abel Juarez was very helpful, responsive and thorough when I brought my car in for service. He is one of the best service advisors I've dealt with at Audi Pacific.
