Audi Pacific provides first class service. Natalie Lucido was my advisor and she was very professional and pleasant. The whole service staff treats you like you're a VIP.
Francisco Valenzuela acknowledged me right away and took care of my car when I brought it in for an airbag recall and oil change. He told me that it was going to take about 3 hrs, so I asked if someone can take me to a close by mall while I wait...not only did they take me but they also picked me up when my car was done...my car was washed and vacuumed which they always do every time I bring my car in for service...I really like my Audi dealer....and Francisco is always courteous, very helpful, and explain things that's easy... read more
The Service Department was most cooperative and helpful in setting up my service appointment at MY convenience. The service rep had all the vehicle records upon my arrival. The actual service took about 90 minutes and the waiting area was most comfortable. My Audi 3 was returned to me in sparkling condition! Great job! You exceeded my expectations!
*** After they do the best posible action to reach they goals ( customer purchases a car from them) they don't care about what was next. "On June 7 2016" I bought a Audi SQ5 2016, and the car comes with wheel locks, but I never received the key for those locks, two months later, after a few calls to the dealer no body wants to be responsible or cooperate with that situation, one raining day I got a flat tire in the 91-E FWY.
