Called in to my LBS Paceline Cycles yesterday to see if they could true my front wheel and get a few bits I needed. Not only did they do the wheel there and then (very efficient and on a busy Saturday with no prior warning) they had everything else I needed and more. Went to see if anyone could help me with an issue on my bike. It was early morning so not busy. The man was extremely flippant instantly saying that the bike was a Halfords brand so I need to take it there. When I tried to explain I’d already visited Halfords Keighley and wasn’t filled with confidence I was cut off and told that there was ‘nothing they could do’. Not even a suggestion as to what the issue could be (I’d given context) or anywhere else that may be able to help. Poor customer service.
Amazing company! We bought our Son Archie a bike from Pace Line when they were in Cowling Park supporting a Jump bike event. Brilliant service completed in shop, my son went on to buy extras for the bike. He loves his bike and enjoys the shops services. There was a small fault with a tyre but was instantly fixed within a day free of charge. Can’t thank them enough for a brilliant service. Many thanks Danielle Oliver
