Renting from here was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Issues detailed below: - First van given did not start due to battery issues - Second van broke down on the journey, and it took over 2 hours to be able to get in to contact with the emergency contact - Emergency contact (Hasan) was beyond unhelpful and left an infant without a bed - which was being transported in the van - for the evening because he would not approve the recovery truck to take us to the destination (around 10 mins away) then take the van bac... read more
