We stayed with PA properties for our final year in Sheffield and they are easily the best student property agent in Sheffield. Throughout the tenancy communication was fantastic, when I was unwell and needed certain maintenance rescheduled they were so flexible and caring. The whole team are so lovely and couldn’t do more for their tenants. The house we stayed In was lovely, they even came in and repainted and gave us rugs too. Genuinely the best student landlords you could ask for, especially compared to the rest out there I don’t know why you wouldn’t go with anyone else but PA. Anytime something goes wrong, they instantly fix it - and I mean instantly. Never any hassle, no questions asked no trying to blame the tenants just get on with it which is a hard thing to come across these days. Great House (54 Brunswick), in a great location. PA Property’s responded to emails quickly and were quick to respond to maintenance issues and replace appliances when they went bust. House and the Garden was well-maintained by the team. PA Property’s also notified us when maintenance people were coming to the house so that we knew when to expect them. Would recommend this Letting agency to anyone looking for a house in Sheffield. 🏡
