Customer service, really bad, item posted a day late takes double cost of postage. Item doesnt move at all on tracker. They dont give a toss..... attitude is call them yourself
Well I bought a car 2 weeks ago it’s took me all that time to get a return phone call spoke to them on 3 occasions and got no where with guys and then today I got a text saying sorry but the guys have stripped the front of the car for parts for another one they had my advice is to keep away from this place all the cars and vans ate no good read the reviews Keep away
Bought my car in august, was promised documents would be in the car with 2 keys and full service history however they weren’t left in car, delivery driver contacted dealer to ask where the documents were, dealer said he’d forgotten to put them in the car and that he’d post them. He said he had posted them and I gave it a week and they didn’t arrive so I messaged again and he said give it till Wednesday, if they don’t arrive then give me a message, I messaged on the Thursday after they still didn’t arrive, he then read my mes... read more
Never had such appalling service. Promises the world and delivers nothing. Promised to organise the log book for the car I bought as he or previous owner lost the original. Did absolutely nothing. Promised to sort out the DVLA with the part exchange I had, did nothing. Doesn't return phone calls. Needs to understand the meaning of "Customer Service"... answer your phone !!!!!
