I have visited Paula on 2 occasions over the past month and her techniques have really helped by back and lower leg flexibility. Due to my job I have suffered from back and leg pain from over-use and she gave me treatments that helped to manage this with great success. She was welcoming and extremely friendly - I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for rehab, massage or to help with any pains etc. Andy Elleray
Paula has repeatedly treated my back and shoulders always showing a very high level of knowledge and customer care. She has always provided me with exercises and advice to help me in between appointments. I would highly recommend her clinic and will continue to book for treatments.
