Genuine review here, please read until the end. PSG / Mould it did an excellent job damp-proofing of my lower ground flat, I never had any mould return. Be prepared to pay extra for decoration, getting walls retiled as you start with a blank canvas of a flat. My only problem lies in their follow up, their follow up service was poor, I spent a good part of year chasing up for the remote control for the fan, that was never sent. I contacted PSG Group for a warranty claim for works done in 2016. I tried contacting them twice via their contact form before someone finally got back to me. By then, the 28 day time limit to transferring the guarantee to my name had lapsed by 2 days. I asked if they would still honour this, they said they’d check with their insurers. AVOID. Used for tanking a section of our basement and installing ventilation. In short, did not perform the agreed work, lied to us and would have charged us for work that was never carried out. Tanking installed wasn't tanking and ventilation fan didn't even spin. Initially all seemed professional from the initial survey to book the job but it seems that they use subcontractors and don't take responsibility if there are issues. Recommended by our surveyor and clearly in on the damp proofing scam together. Over a year on and their amazing, ahem, workmanship, succeeded only in sealing IN water which sees our paint work bubbling up on regular occasions. One of the workers told us that our bricks were so damp, it was ridiculous. Thanks for sealing it in guys. Planks. Instead of finding the source of the problem, PSG, like many other companies, will tell you to install a damp course. I needed some damp works done in a rental property. I ended up with PSG group and CANNOT recommend them. I think it's a franchise set up. The one I used based in SW London. The quote and set up process was reasonable but the contractor hadn't received my info about access to the property which was not straightforward and later I was held to blame for this.
