Our village church car park driveway entrance was in need of resurfacing. It was breaking up and become dangerous. Having obtained some quotations that came in ridiculously expensive and far out of the range the church budget could afford, on a friends recommendation I approached Pete Phillips for advice on what was needed to remedy the problem and a quotation to get the job done. Initially drive looked great, however, was slippery when wet. Asked company to add non slip surface as concrete driveway was advertised on site as non slip. Aesthetic surface of drive is now awful as they had several attempts at getting it right! We were offered compensation but it never arrived! On the plus side the men who carry out the work are great. My advice, if you want a non slip drive, avoid patterned concrete with largish pattern as nothing to stop feet slipping.
