Failure to completely blow leaves at my condo, Parkridge Ln.,Condos.Because of leaf buildup, walking through my area was difficult. I stepped on a rock hidden under the leaves ,fell, and suffered severe injuries. Turf Tenders was responsible, but denied blame, claiming leaves had been blown earlier. This was 11-24-16. Worst HOA management, they don't respond to the emails and provide timely updates. That just take the check sitting in the office
The worst property management company. Not at all professional in communication.
Non responsive not worth the money
Terrible experience. They inforce nothing, send out letters with no follow up and bascially stay in the office aand collect checks.
This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you like inconsistency, nonresponsive, and over all horrible service you are at the right place. Use Resolute before using these guys. They don't even inforce the covenants that they put in place and use neighborhood complaints as there eyes and ears. Pretty sure they never leave the office.
I agree with the poor management of this company. I submit work orders and requests and no response for over 2 weeks. When I show proof of the requested submission the feedback is lame " I didn't get this". As a business owner myself I would never give such a simple response to a complaint - especially when the documentation is there that they slipped up. They just don't know what's going on with the left hand, and this is a simple fix - better written policy and procedures.
BEWARE of PPM….KEEP LOOKING! Based on “several” years of experience as a homeowner as well as an HOA board member, PPM has provided horrible, uncommitted customer service and leadership regarding their responsibilities as a Property Management company on a consistent basis for a number of years! Our Community PPM rep – Lynn Peed may appear to be helpful and pleasant at first, but Lynn/PPM’s commitment to doing anything other than collecting HOA community money is short lived!
