Gagnon scheduled a delivery for me within a few days after my phone call. I have used P Gagnon for several years now. From oil and propane delivery to repairs and new installations and they always come through in every way imaginable! Every team member works beyond what youd expect.. From sales, the office staff to the installers, they are all wonderful!!!!!!*** used other companies in the past but since *** started using them, I wont use anyone else.This is a first rate company and I really do recommend them for any need that you have!
Excellent quality of work. Excellent knowledge employees. Kind and responsive owner. And work was done at a competitive price. Would 100% recommend this company again. Installed a heat pump / split system as well as ducted system. Extremely happy.
Weve been customers and fans of P. Gagnon for more than 15 years. Today they attained super-hero status! I appreciate that a/c is a First World problem but when youre in your 80s and the temps are in the 90s, it becomes more than a luxury. I called late yesterday afternoon when it died. They were here at 7 a.m. this morning and brought it to life. Best. Service. Ever!
