I've been a customer for over 12 years. This year I had a Mitsubi%%%%%% Ductless Heat Pump installed ($4100+) and had it inspected by ****************. Inspection FAILED because it was missing a rain shield. Sales guy sent an OFFENSIVE and INSULTING email to me and LIED about having a conversation about the need for a rain shield in order to p%%%%%% the inspection. No apology has been offered to ***** because I don’t think she is due one. The lie, in the form of an email, she accuses my Sales Rep of was that he remembers telling ***** she should install the rain shield and that she didn’t want it at the time. I have read all the associated emails from both ***** and my employee. I have seen and heard plenty of offensive communication in my 60 years and I really don’t think this situation rises to that level. Everyone that we have encountered at ************** has been professional and courteous. Their service department is knowledgeable, their prices are competitive, and overall they are a great company. I highly recommend them.

Great service as usual. Furnace stopped working Sunday night. I called and talked to the on call tech and I decided to wait for service the next day. Got a call at 630 AM from Dan. Had a tech onsite within an hour. Problem fixed within 15 minutes. Keep up the great work.
The technicians do a fine and thorough job and they are always caring and want to make sure all my needs are met. The folks at P. ****** are courteous and always helpful.
We were unhappy with our provider and shopped around for someone new. P. ****** was recommended to us by a friend. We're very happy we went with them. They're prompt, honest and dependable.
I recently had trouble with my hot air furnace. I called ************** at 8:30 am to schedule a technician to evaluate my problem. At 10:00 am the tech arrived. He tested the functions and determined that the burner motor had a short circuit. Lucky for me, he had a replacement in his truck, replaced the motor, tested the system and had it working by noon. Since I purchase the service protection plan, the repair and parts were repaired for no charge. This is what I consider fantastic service.
I shopped 3 gas companies to choose who I wanted to move my gas tank to the back of my house, instead of having them in the driveway (house used to be summer cottage.) Scott H was the first to visit my home, explain the job to me and worked it so I could use up the gas that I had already purchased from a prior company; nice work Scott!
