I love this company! They are professional. Any time I have a problem they have always quickly resolved it. The workers are polite and clean. The phone service is top notch as I am always calling about different issues. I highly recommend this company. ***** *****
Great service for deliveries but more importantly prompt and efficient service when I encountered a problem on a weekend. The technician returned my call almost immediately and was at my door within an hour. He remedied the situation and was reassuring. The following week a senior technician back to check out an associated problem and was I given not only a resolution but good clear education on my system.

Woke up to 44 degrees on a Sunday morning and called for service. Tech showed up quickly and got the problem fixed. Very happy that it was all fixed and warm in record time
Brian from your company came to clean our furnace. While he was there I asked him to look at the bathroom radiator that hadn't worked since we moved into the house. (6 years) Many people had looked at it and thought they had fixed it, including two from your company. He bled the radiator, which was the same thing everyone had done and it would work for 5 minutes but stop soon after. P. Gagnon & Son has been my servicer since I bought my home almost 20 yrs ago and have always had excellent service; always courteous on the phone, competitive pricing, excellent & always on time annual burner servicing, auto oil & propane delivery etc. I would never go anywhere else.
Great company to work with - fair prices on oil, but it's the service, responsiveness and customer care and commitment that matters to me most. Them being there if/when there's an issue with my heat matters way more to me that a few cents a gallon on oil. Very loyal customer of almost 20 years.

Just had my furnaces yearly service done,had the same technician as last year that's not always the norm. The tech was on time did the service in the time he said and didn't mind me asking him questions very professional.
