I shopped 3 gas companies to choose who I wanted to move my gas tank to the back of my house, instead of having them in the driveway (house used to be summer cottage.) Scott H was the first to visit my home, explain the job to me and worked it so I could use up the gas that I had already purchased from a prior company; nice work Scott! I can't say enough P.Gagnon's customer service. I switched to them about 10 years ago because they helped me heat my house during a power outage when my oil provider (at the time) wouldn't. Since then there attention to detail, quick response and continued efforts to save me money amazes me. I will never get my oil or gas from another company.
Extremely happy with P. Gagnon for their recent installation of air conditioning mini-splits. The estimate was reasonable, and the installation was quick and professional (and sooner than anticipated). We have been highly satisfied with all their services, and for their professionalism and customer service.
Great operation compared to others i have dealt with in same business. Smart and dedicated staff that can’t do enough to help you understand the problem.
We have been very satisfied with P.Gagnon & Son, Inc.. Our maintenance plan on the furnace, best prices on oil, and easy monthly payments. When our oil tank went, they were here immediately and fixed the problem temporarily until we could get a new one installed with no interruption of our heat and hot water. They worked with us and the City to get everything done right. Would highly recommend their services. Also, the office staff is always right on top of things...Thank you.
Just purchasing a new house I thought it would be important to have our furnace tuned up. The technician from P. Gagnon & Son who serviced our furnace was not just pleasant but also informative, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing and how best to keep our furnace running well.
We think this to be a fine company, and are happy to be long term customers for home heating oil, propane for the generator - and the yearly furnace clean. Calling the office means being connected to a real person, with a great voice- and all the facts and figures on screen, in a matter of seconds. Any small problem has been sorted fast - and with generosity.
Called and someone was out here in no time. Middle of the Covid mess. Left the door to the basement unlocked and they came in and took care of everything, cleaned up after themselves.
We moved to Maine 2.5 years ago. The former owners used the services of P Gagnon so we decided we would stay with them. Their service has been outstanding from coming to the house at 10pm to deliver oil because our on line thermostat showed the house was at 43 degrees one winter when we had not lived here full time as we lived in another state to adding baseboard heating to the 1600 sq ft basement room we finished to switching our electric stove to a new propane stove.
