We have been ***************************** customers for 32 years and have always experienced absolutely outstanding service from a local company that is focused on meeting customers' needs in all areas. Over the years, they have made needed repairs in near-immediate time. One time, I called to report we had no hot water at 4:45 in the afternoon, fully expecting to have a response the next day.
