We had a furnace emergency at 2 am on one of the freezing nights recently. The on-call person was at our house in about 20 minutes! He concurred that it was an emergency and in 90 minutes had everything running again! Even though it was running, he had someone else stop by the next day to take another look and make sure everything was OK. We were really impressed with the speedy and thorough response!

Called for new service, sales people came and reviewed site for work. A week later we call back for info, and salesman no longer there. Other salesman going on vacation will call back in a week. 2 weeks later he says he's going over all his messages from vacation week. a week and a half later we get an email saying, were coming tomorrow to set the tanks. no discussion with us about schedules or anything. I will be examining the situation in depth this AM and speaking with all involved. There's nothing about the situation you described that is good but fortunately everything about it is rare.
I have total confidence in all members of the Gagnon staff, and I have felt that way all the years that truck has come to my house.
