I didn’t get beyond attempting to book my car in this morning as the woman I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly unpleasant to speak to. If you manage to overlook the surly attitude of the phone operator maybe you’ll get decent service but if the rest of the establishment is anything like what I experienced this morning it certainly won’t be very customer satisfaction oriented.
This is how a service workshop should be run, absolutely excellent communication, diagnosed and repaired very quickly, in fact Veronica called before I was even home, part ordered, warranty company informed, will be fixed next day. Will definitely be using in future.
