Nightmare of a company, I pay my ground rent to them, they hardly ever send me an invoice they add £12 on for late payment but never send invoices, they never answer the phone or reply to messages, they generally want payment by cheque but now say bank transfer is now possible (2026) but we're going to charge you £1 extra if you do that, I've written and complained and suggested a direct debit but fear this will be beyond them
Never answer the phone, no email address to contact them. They want ground rent via check book when I have never had one and will not accept any other form of payment! Would give 0 stars if I could
Is this a ghost company? No reply to emails or phone calls
