If I could leave 0 stars I would. We stayed in the Sheffield property. It is listed as 6 person, but to be sure I confirmed on the day that house would be set up for 6 people, I was told yes. When we arrived at 9pm there wasn't any bedding or towels for one of the beds. There wasn't enough mugs or crockery either. I called the property and they informed me that because of the time we would have to go out and purchase our own bedding and they would refund us. Never answer the phone No email address on the letter to contact Request payment by cheque only, its 2024!! Charge for a receipt!! Add additional charges to leasehold without warning. Appalling company
