Made enquires for a full valet and was given an option of multiple dates and availabilities and even settled on date and time. However when I requested to amend to an interior valet, they suddenly became fully booked up for the foreseeable future. Even the demeanor changed from polite to curt and dismissive replies. They didn't tell me they were cancelling my appointment and eventually they stopped responding to my messages. It would be almost comical if it wasn't so inconvenient.
