Manesh worked hard to bring sale to a conclusion and despite his best efforts, the sale took around five months from sale to completion. Only lost a star, as felt the buyer needed even closer badgering to help him through the process, due to his lack of knowledge of the process. Real problem laid at the lenders solicitor, who didn’t communicate very well. Thanks Manesh.
