I had issues getting in touch with the team that's in charge of the lettings, on the phone call they seemed disinterested and ghosted me after I tried to ask some followup questions about the flats. I ended up getting a lease with another provider who had much better customer service and were much more proactive - and the flats were bigger/cheaper, too!
