I used the dry cleaner roughly 4 times and use the automated service at night with the machine. It did not deliver all my articles of clothing when I went back the next day they did not solve my problem and didn’t care that they lost my clothing!
The machine became unreliable after-hours and weekends. After several years of weekly drop off, the machine started malfunctioning for three weekends in a row. Last time I went for pickup five evenings (Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun) and the machine was broken. Worse yet, I finally went during business hours and the man working there was oblivious.
