After numerous texts saying I needed to make an appointment I finally got one to only get a phone call and be told I need to be I’ll to see the doctor and I need to go to else where! Have been with this surgery 32 years and have never been treated as poorly as I was through this phone call! The receptionists have no manners and are rude beyond belief I will now be changing my doctors as this one has clearly gone down hill AVOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!
Very bad service! Been calling keep on saying 1in the queue receptionist not answering the phone waiting more than 30min!! Very very bad service don’t recommend this surgery at all!!
Absolute terrible service. Leave you sitting on the phone for 20 minutes or more even though your in position one. Request a call back, but no one rings you back. 😡😡
Sorry to write this but receptionist is absolutely clueless. Don’t know nothing or how to do anything. The building itself needs major TLC, mould all over waiting area walls and the humidity smell, wow. Don’t even want to step in. How can this even be a GP surgery no idea. I would stay away Doctors here are ridiculous, very unprofessional. Come wearing home clothes, don’t look like they look after themselves which makes me feel sick to see that these are our doctors.
