I had carpeting, upholstery and area rugs cleaned. The technician was prompt and wasted no time with the job. He was also pleasant and respectful. The product is amazing. I like the fast drying and the amazing clean. The reduced water usage and green cleaning solutions are important to me. There seems to be no residue.
