I had an awful experience. The communication from the agent I dealt with was poor—she often sounded disinterested or bothered whenever I called to follow up on my application. Despite informing them that I had already given notice to my landlord, I received very little responsiveness, which left me unable to properly weigh my options. This has been the most unprofessional letting service I’ve ever encountered.
