The service department has been continually bad over the years but has been much worse lately. We just bought a new Tundra from Wolfchase Toyota in Cordova, TN and had the best possible experience ever! We live in Oxford but definitely will never use Oxford Toyota again.

This rating is not for the sales department, but for the service department. I purchased my car from Oxford Toyota in 2009 and had good service back then, but the past couple of years have gone downhill. When I called to make an appointment for a recall, they said they didn't have any appointments available for 30 days. About a week ago when I tried to schedule an oil change due to an oil filter cap that was stuck, I was told someone would call me back; no one ever did.
