Save a lot of time by making a decent offer on your trade the first time. Also, purchased a new Highlander three weeks ago. Vehicle has horrible rattle inside. Beware !!!! If were rating this dealership on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best this place would get a 2 at best. The only person that has been helpful at this entire place is a person by the name of George in the service dept. He's great !! He is doing his best to help us.
