Sales is a real disappointment!! You will get lied too not once but twice!! I do not recommend Oxford Toyota to anyone.
Every time I have ever needed any help with my 96 4Runner the parts and service department has been there for me. Jobs I couldn’t do myself and things I got stuck on while working on it. One time I couldn’t figure out how to de-pin a connector. I drove up there and asked one of the mechanics if he could show me really quick. He stopped what he was doing, showed me how, and gave me the little tool they use to do it with. They go above and beyond here. Pam is the lady to talk to if you ever need them to do work on your Toyota.

What an amazing experience I had here. My Husband purchased a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry for me last week. I came in after the deal was done to sign papers and I will say if I could give 10 Stars I would! J Sartin was the Salesman and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The Finance Manager was phenomenal and I will be a forever customer.
