I have really enjoyed my stay here at OM! The office staff is really friendly and helpful with any problems or concerns. They host social events with free food and really engage with the residents. The maintenance is also on point and fixes issues in a timely manner. And of course all the amenities and features, the location near UF and Butler Plaza, it just is such an ideal place to live at. Highly recommend to anyone in Gainesville!! :D
Friendly and helpful staff, quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities. One of the largest complex gyms I've seen. The buses run often and one of two of them go directly to Butler Plaza, making it a very convenient place to live if you don't have a car. If you have a car, you never have to worry about towing here. Awesome place to live!
Chipotle, Pizza, and Panera catered often, quiet neighborhood, friendly residents :) Also awesome gym and efficient maintenance!
I have lived here for years now. The community is great and the staff is amazing. Front desk people like Eric make any issues I have easy to rectify expediently.
Number one priority I look for is maintenance, and their maintenance is on point.
